I bought and used the boxes at around 9:20 server time. I completed all my missions for the day and received 135 points ( I traded for 6/7 of them so I got boxes for those). I purchased 65 boxes and opened 50 at once and got no points for them, so I am missing 500 points.

I would like 120 of my points spent on the cave keys. The remainder i would like spent on coin.

No, I haven't received any points or compensation. And we haven't had any update since 9 hours ago saying they forwarded the claims and that we need to "be patient".

No. Three days and nothing but "Be patient" and "we've informed the team".

No update, no compensation, no news.

Dear ninja, plz edit your post and add that which reward do you want to redeem with your missed points.
Remark: PM to me will not be counted.

Kinda confused. So do we just edit our original post with the items we want, or post a separate post here in the thread? Strange they cant just give us the points outright.
