1715 isn't really enough to do much of anything. Golden summons just come with time - it's best to save up your points until you have enough to get the one you want. No sense in buying 5 fragments now when you will possibly change your main/line-up down the road and will need another one.

Just get all of the free summons you can and keep saving.
