So every ninja that has immobile / chaos lasts 1 round
but Mei lasts 2 rounds?

Example: 1st round , getting combo'd by standard attack and Mei's immobilize chases
but when the first round was over , whole 2nd round ninja is still immobilized , cant even use anything

while other ninja's chaos/immobilize never done that

If your ninja got Immobile status AFTER their perform their standard attack then the Immobile status will last to the end of NEXT ROUND.

Essentially that's the case.
If the Immobile was caused after your Ninjas standard, the status effect will last till next round.

Yes.

If for example, Tsunade critical hits someone after said ninja already used their standard. The chaos should carry over.
