That's actually not bad, especially in the combo department. Say if your Scarlet blaze uses Fire Style - Flame Jutsu as his standard attack, he can easily help proc Sasuke's Fire Style - Pheonix Fire Jutsu. Other than that, Kakashi's Earth Style causes Low Float which both Kakashi and Sasuke chase after. You'll want Kakashi chasing the Low Float first so he can cause Knockdown which Shizune will chase and cause High Float and from there any of your other ninja will have a ball tearing your opponent down. :D

My Oonly concern with this lineup would be, all of the ninja in it are kind of squishy. You wont last very long in a fight. * 2-star Hinata in there in exchange for either Kakashi or Sasuke and you should be good. If you take out Kakashi for her, you can take advantage of Sasuke's Repulse move while Kakashi will give both her and Shizune plenty of opportunity to plant their debuffs on your opponents. If you're going the pvp route, don't pick Sasuke. :)
