Ohnoki uses kekkei tota which is 3 elements together (you can google it) and is different from kekkei genkai, that's why he is not getting buffed.

I agree with CoxKuzan Onoki has 3 element n we call Kekkei Touta dunno about Kurotsuchi she has Kekkei Genkai as well.
Kekkei Genkai: Sasuke, Hinata or u can try to find it every ninja.

The official response i saw is there is 2 types of blood limit but they both use same icon, so only real way to tell is trial and error.

but still that logo is for kekkei genkai, and kurotsuchi and mei are also included on kekkei genkai users. If u read a Naruto fan page theres a list of people who were kekkei genkai users. But still kuro chan and mei chan doesn't received buff on fire main so I think that's broken
