Dear Ninjas,

We would like to thank all of the players of Naruto Online for their understanding and patience. In order to give everyone an excellent gaming experience, we have now fully designed the way Server Merging will occur, and we are now ready to deliver you this new service. On the 27th of December, we will be putting our servers under maintenance. We ask all players to please be patient and do not try to login into the game during 4 hours, the expected time for this maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we would like to offer our biggest gratitude for your patience.

Details：
1. NY Servers: S47, S51 and S55 Merge;
S107, S111 and S113 Merge； S117 and S118 MergeTime: December 27th, 03:00 AM - 07:00 AM NY Time2. LA Servers: S19, S22, S25 and S29 Merge;
Time: December 27th, 00:00 AM - 04:00 AM LA Time3. UK Servers: S64, S68 and S73 Merge
Time: December 27th, 06:00 AM - 10:00 AM UK Time4. HK Servers: S128, S131, S134 and S137 Merge
Time: December 27th, 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM HK Time
Server Merging will be done in accordance to the number of players online and power level as selection factors.
We have in our interest that every player enjoys the best gaming experience and social environment possible.

If you notice any abnormality during gameplay or have any suggestions, please, contact us via our Naruto Online customer support.
Other servers that also want to take part in server merging, please, wait patiently and wait for an official announcement in our website.

Note: After Server Merging, the logging in method will not change.

If you would like to make any requests for your server to have a merge, please make a post with the following information:

1. Server ID
2. GNW participation and group activity
3. Sage World Battlefields status
4. Average power
5. Matsuri participation
6. Ability to kill Kurama in the World Boss event

I am by no means ignoring any requests for server merges. They all go on my list. I then send the list to the person in charge of merging, and he tries his best to cater you all. There have only been specific requests for your server recently. I haven't the slightest idea where you received this notion from, but moderators do not benefit from extra sales.

I've always addressed the complaints about server merges. Even if the arrangements are not ideal for some servers, no changes can be made. Maybe you should take a break instead, as you've already broken the forum rules multiple times.

In case you haven't realised, it's always been against the rules to insist on defamatory comments. You've already done so repeatedly.

Hello,

I've placed all the requests made onto my list now.
Apologies for the time delay.
With regard to those who are dissatisfied with the merge arrangements, I am sorry that it is not to your liking. However, as was stated in previous merge threads, we are unable to change this decision for you. I will try to collect as much accurate information about servers as I possibly can to try to prevent this in the future, but unfortunately, cir*stances do not always allow for optimal merges.

Hello,

I've recently received a report that one of you has given me false information on your server.
You may be able to fool me, but there is no way that you can fool the person who is actually doing the merges.
I'm sure most of you do give me correct information, but this is a warning to those who do give incorrect information.

  • I'd like to point out this is part of the reason why only limiting it to 3-4 servers is not always a good idea.

    Some servers have all their strongest on one group and others for the sake of competition have them balanced more or less. But when the merger shows up it boils down to 2-3 competitive with 3 negligible groups for the GNW.

    If one merges a total of 9-12 groups one will see a slew of groups and 6-9 competitive groups and so GNW would never be dull. Yes it may require you to quit your group because your group isn't strong enough to be competitive if that is actually what you are looking to do. (To compete in the GNW and have a chance)


    Coming from a merged server I believe the approach was correct but the scale was not large enough.

Feel free to continue placing merge requests for your servers, but take note that any requests made from this point forth will not be considered until next week, after the server merge announcement is posted.

If you submit a request in the relevant thread, it is definitely on the list. It is not possible for you to see the placement number, unfortunately.

It wasn't that a large amount of servers were created.
I just realised that I didn't make an announcement for some of them, and rectified this mistake.
