  • What about the high possibility this was a *? Regardless weither the account was shared or not. I think you focus on the wrong point. It should be easy to compare the IP adresses and catch this *er. We need the admins to be strong in cases like this. This is the second time an Account was *ed. This really makes one want to quit the game.
You can not prove someone *ed the account if you are sharing it. For one reason MORE THEN ONE PERSON HAS THE INFO. That means Person one could give it to person 3 and person 2 could give it to person 4. When you decide to use a shared account you have to be prepared for this. This is why you don't give power to a shared account. Saying it was a *er, regardless even if it is one it can not be confirmed due to the info being shared to more then one person.

And as Rickutto said.. The one who did this has 2 other accounts of players who left the game. How could he get these accounts? The answer is - He *ed them or got them from their owners. But I personally don't think someone would give their accounts for such purpose.

the account is not shared it is inherited. with changed password etc. and a simple ID check would clear everythin up. I don't get how that could be difficult for the admins

If the account gets *ed it gets *ed. If the *er is good enough you will never find them. Also why spend money on a witch hunt. Yes this will cost them money. If the *er took money or stole credit card info that is a different story and that need to be up with the police not these admins. If nothing was stolen or taken just reset to a stronger password.

ok fair enough. I would like to hear that from the admins, but I get what you are saying. Though one could argue this is part of good customer service, since enough people who spent money on the game were affected.What I really like to know if it would be possible to dismiss the waiting period for kicked member for Great Ninja War or is it ingrained in the code? I get it if there is nothing the admins can do because of company policy or game code, but instant dismissal helps no1...

I wish you understand Sir.. I wouldn't have commented if it wasn't already reset again with all security measures taken care of after the first *.. I didn't even said anything during first * but I'm commenting during 2nd one.. Why? Coz it was *ed again after doing every measure required for security which includes your suggestion to reset the password. So how to protect it again? Resetting the password again and waiting for the *er to take that too?

I am GroupBackup the member who lost his account.and i dont have to say much more than this company has the policy not to let people change their email accounts.So even if i didnt want to have a shared account you didnt give me any choise even i had active all 3 security methods to still have the same email that i specificly mailed you(more than 3 times) that i was *ed 1 more time and that id like to change and yet your great support answered me to use security methods(which is useless if you have email access).so the point is even if i was wrong to have a shared email account your support *s more than your pay to win events.Enjoy the rest 3 months left to this game This post was last edited by aki***@hotmail.com at 2016-12-15 23:08

If you use the e-mail you registered with the person shouldn't have access to that. So you should easily be able to change your password to a stronger one.

Sir, the change of passwords will be send on the email you have registered with, so it's kind of useless.

the problem is that i dont have acces to the email from day 1 thats why i asked repeteadly to change the email address because even when i used all the security methods the email is the best way to rest a lost password cause you dont have to use all the security info This post was last edited by aki***@hotmail.com at 2016-12-15 23:26

I got a response from our team. Sadly, we can't do anything with your problem. We understand your situation, however, sharing accounts is not allowed and it may lead to ban. We strongly recommend changing your passwords and only one player per account.
