What about the high possibility this was a *? Regardless weither the account was shared or not. I think you focus on the wrong point. It should be easy to compare the IP adresses and catch this *er. We need the admins to be strong in cases like this. This is the second time an Account was *ed. This really makes one want to quit the game.

  • You can not prove someone *ed the account if you are sharing it. For one reason MORE THEN ONE PERSON HAS THE INFO. That means Person one could give it to person 3 and person 2 could give it to person 4. When you decide to use a shared account you have to be prepared for this. This is why you don't give power to a shared account. Saying it was a *er, regardless even if it is one it can not be confirmed due to the info being shared to more then one person.
the account is not shared it is inherited. with changed password etc. and a simple ID check would clear everythin up. I don't get how that could be difficult for the admins

ok fair enough. I would like to hear that from the admins, but I get what you are saying. Though one could argue this is part of good customer service, since enough people who spent money on the game were affected.What I really like to know if it would be possible to dismiss the waiting period for kicked member for Great Ninja War or is it ingrained in the code? I get it if there is nothing the admins can do because of company policy or game code, but instant dismissal helps no1...
