[ Bugs ] Cowboy costume doesn't show during the fight?

I just bought the cowboy costume and it doesn't show during the fight so just wonder is this a bug or not because as I saw in CN server, the costumes do show in combat.

Hello

Cowboy Outfit doesn't show in-battle. So it's not a bug.
