Hello, I dont see the event in my hot-topic bar nor i get the keys for the event as i've asked other people some have it other people dont have it.
So could you tell me if it is a bug or something else?

The problem is that Time-limited ninja recruitment is supposed to be from lvl 11 and i am already 41. I am from server 258 if that helps
