limited summon scrolls x7 days,wont work!
you need to do a one that is not limited to claim it.

as you can in the pic,the x10 had been open but the x20 did not,why? cuz the x10 u claim have limit time and the event needs the ones with no limit time! hope i have been helpfull.

These are my screenshots. I did not use any x7 days limited as I had 20 normal summoning scrolls.

Did you do an x10 before the rebate showed up? "Week 2" started before the new events came, so maybe you accidentally did an x10 before the rebate appeared, so it doesn't count?

No i did not use it before hand as it was the first day of the event.

You do realize that they need your name AND server (which is shown) to help you, if they decide to try, right? Hiding your name.... yeah, real good plan. If you don't want it exposed on the forum, send a support ticket instead.

Your second 10 pull included the free seal from claiming the first rebate and those would count in the monthly event but not in the rebate as it shows you need 1 more pull from the pic
