Not really sure, but I've mostly been using Neji, Kakashi, and Sakura.
Poison Fog, Taijutsu, Water Dragon, Enhancement of Water.
If setting up as a healer, maybe replace Sakura with Guy or something.

This team, try to keep Sasuke alive, he triggers most of the chases.

I used Azure clone in this case. 1 combo should either take or almost kill a single unit.

You might need to invest on Tayuya once in a while. She's good against Akatsuki members in late game.

Poison Tai team with ninjas you have....

Go Itachi, Kimimaro, Asuma (Wind blade is better)

Itachi works well with these 2.

Itachi's tsukuyomi gives instant 100 chakra, Kimimaro c*e his skill straight away, plus Asuma's passive, higher chraka, higher his combo.

Chase
Kimimaro (Hf - R), Asuma (R - KD), Azure (KD - HF), Summon Cat - I think (HF - LF), Itachi (LF - HF), 10 hits and ignite.

It will chase the same if Asuma engages.

Itachi's mood, increase either Life, Defense or Ninjutsu and -5% Attack. I'm not sure if anyone has tested that if u have increased Defense, it would increase his evasion chance.
For RB if you want to use other team but u can still keep this team, replace Azure with Karin. She does the same thing with chase twice

Here is a new team I put together.


The skills are.
Mastery: Regenerative Healing Jutsu
Attack: Healing Jutsu or Water Style: Flowing Whip. (Still trying to figure out which is better)
Passive: Chakra Dissection Blade, Neurotoxin, and Water Clone Jutsu. Poision Tai may be better, since Kimi and Kido does full field Tai damage in their moves. Again need to test, but that will leave Azure wide open for attack if u take posion tai over Water Clone.
Summon: Since you really didn't say if you had some, or which ones you have. I use Fukurokumaru.

Make sure Kimi and set for defense. Mood +Def - atk or res. (Cause he gains a lot of res from his passive)
Kido I'm setting +atk - nin. I feel like the spiders do more damage off of Tai then Nin.
Azure I have set for +nin -atk. She isn't going to be attacking much, but will need the Nin for her healing.
Kakashi: I have + Nin - Resit.

Magatama. Make sure all of your Def and Hp goes into Kimi. Since he will be taking the brunt of the attacks. Atk magatama can go to Kido. Ninjutsu magatama needs to go to Azure. Then if u have any left over Nin magatama. They need to go to Kakashi.

Also why am I saying give nin to Kakashi. Mostly for his ignite. Does more damage based on the users Nin.

On gear. U need to make sure you have as high as u can of the armor on Kimi, The weapon for Kido, Use the scroll for your self, and then what u can for Kakashi.

I hope this helps some.

Update: Posion Tai is really good with this team. Move Kido down one, and put Main behind Kimi. Then use poison tai, and keep the healing jutsu. The posion and Kakashi's Ignite should widdle down their hp pools pretty fast.
