- highest innitiative passive barrier user will cast it, the others wont, be carefull with manual barriers because they will overwrite yours and you cant recast them, so interrupt is in demand for now
for us in s 20 the high barrier casts first and then the lower initiative casts second (not manual) and overrides the first i don't think it should work like that -
