What happens if you already have the wild west costume? Does it refine the wild west costume or is it just a useless roll?

I have rank 5 battle armor in my server and I'm at 15% towards the next level and even I am balking a bit at getting to rank 6 even though rank 6 is going to be a huge bonus in power.

Are you getting your stated rewards from Medals/Monthly pack/Sign in? If yes, then that is all they have to do.
The game is F2P if you want it to be and your time is important yes, but at the same time if things are missed oh well. The game isn't based around a day or even a week but months. You miss one event or two events and it is in the end of the world? Really. If they promise something or say something then hold them accountable but if they say "Hey, we want to make sure our servers work so you can play the game... then I am open to some flexible hours as I want them to take their time and do it right the FIRST time than to ru* and have the game crash every time someone enters the arena/instance/or challenge etc...

So I will CRITIQUE your post a bit further. They are not obligated to return lost time, that is their choice. You also state that people have scheduled real life appointments. Well play the game after or before your work. Unless you work 16 hours or so, in that case I pity you and admire your work ethic but wonder why you are on the forum. Simple thing is people will make time if they want to.

Because if you make a position, defend your position. If you can't have a discussion and you can't articulate your points then go back to your safe space. The internet is about the free exchange of ideas and being able to discuss practically anything. Granted there are rules of decorum now and that still falls under the premise of be civil.

But who are you to judge about how someone else spends their time? I can respond to anyone I choose, ask questions to the Mods. (They aren't required to respond) I can ask questions of anyone (People aren't required to respond) But if you state something be prepared to defend it. If you ignore it or dismiss it then you are empowering it.

And then they gave permanent things to do. I consider that a positive event. Oh you don't have a chance for Minato... I'll start playing the worlds smallest violin here. The issue is they have to pander to the paying folks some of the time. Why is because that is how the game continues on. So there are going to be rewards that others can get that a player not paying won't be able to get. (3rd Hokage) They are event ninja for a reason. You have to do some special event and that is all.

I really didn't see so much saltiness when the 3rd Hokage was on the event block.

On a side note, has anyone noticed the Matsuri group event is pretty much impossible to get the 4rth award.

Matsuri happens twice a week and to get all 4 rewards you need 180 people. So you need 90 people in your group to participate on each day. That is just a reward that isn't possible.

So with the cowboy outfit that was on the event block--- so chances are an outfit is going to be on the next event. Is it possible to have more than just one outfit on the event? Something like Ino's secret... clothing boutique. (play on words for Victoria's secret.)

Also, glad you guys caught it. It would have been cringe worthy. So I suppose to lesson quickly learned was costumes do not go on the RNG but bought per frag?

I understand that, but my message had nothing to do with the why it was taken off the wheel. I was more wondering about the future of costumes and that costume in particular being in this event I was speculating the costume will be in next weeks event.

And I am grateful that you don't cater for a single server. I have the outfit and I voiced up about it from the start.

Oh, and I got Minato twice and Orochimaru once from this event. It is complete RNG.

Though while I am frustrated I understand there is only so much you as the mod team can do. But if someone makes a comment about things even if they are repeating themselves as five posts in a row about something. Validate it with a response. It allows us to feel like we are not being ignored.

5* Orochimaru is much better than 3* as the Kage's have attributes based off his. And higher base stats meaning resurrecting at a high total life. (How people don't see this, I don't know.)

I try and be civil, I really do and when I get upset that I feel I am losing my ability to be civil, I will back away. But when people are complaining about server's slowly bleeding away population adding more servers doesn't solve the issue for the older servers.

Now I understand that server merges may be complicated and everything may not have gone off as well as planned. But a word or two saying We plan to merge multiple servers together (More than just 1 to 1 and more like 5 in 1) Please be a bit more patient would alleviate some of the distress of the player base.

Not everyone is on the forums but the people here are usually a major person on the server they are. People on the server listen to them as they have bonded with the other players. It isn't talking to one person it is like talking to fifty. I honestly think the mod team made the correct call on this one (removal of the costume) and I will be the first in line to speak my mind but also to give credit where credit is due. We as a community would like a bit more transparency it appears on server merges. There is a poll in the general thread and there are more people looking for server merges and those people chances are represent a large chunk of the player base.

Actually they can within the confines of the rules. It would fall under Spamming/Flaming. The rules are so inclusive they could pretty much be used to qualify a wide variety of posts.

They do pay attention to these things, think about it this way. Christmas may also have Minato. And the odds might be slightly better. The first Wheel that had Sasori had a 10 x-120 that is a 0.0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001 percent chance of winning Sasori in that event. They later did the same event but made the odds more fair and if rolling max again one could win Sasori.

Don't expect them to get things right in the first time. The mod team I'm sure passes on relevant data. Though I wonder if we could come up with a master list of what we as a community want. In fact I am going to put that down in the suggestion area.

Actually I am cool with a recharge wheel like this. No where did they explicitly state you would win Minato or Orochimaru KT. They didn't even state you would win ninjas at all. Up front honesty is all I ask for.
