Isn't it funny when you moderators are not up to customers criticking you?
You moderators and customer service should be open-minded with what your people say.
I was pertaining to the thread that you closed down, Mr. Yuusuke. And here is my reply for you and your colleague.

And you should know that we have real life works to attend to, and as much as possible we need to finish everything before our scheduled real life appointments or work.
Yes, we are on your point that you are trying to solve server problems to avoid inconvenience... BUT ISN'T THIS DELAYED SERVER MAINTENANCE CAUSING US INCONVENIENCE AS WELL? Your maintenance time-frame is bullcrap, even with your time extension for maintenance, you might as well change those time schedules if you can't even follow the schedule. Right?
Then, you guys can't give the players some compensation for it... You ate their time with withdelayed maintenance. So how can you return the lost times they should have used for the events and mission (especially convoy)?

Not trying to be rude, but deal with it. If F2P have to put up with P2W, then you can put up with -100 contribution from convoy. Here is another thought. Convoy and Team Instance are ran multiple times because of that. This game shouldn't be your life. Have fun with what you can do, and keep your hopes up for improvements. Do life and come back and unwind on the game. Don't be focused 24/7 on the game if you have work. Work first, have fun later. Have a nice day! -

If you miss major events like that, most likely they will give you something. The last couple times they did that for us on S10. Have a great day! -

This makes me sad. The only event F2P can do is the sage key, which has rip off prices because coupons are rare, and that shuriken and everything else is ingot only. Way to leave out 60-80% of each server. I have no chance of getting Mabui unless she is in the next 3 events. Been trying to get Asuma WB from the last 4 and only have 50 some frags, after using coupons. Half of them came from survival trial. Should make events for people who never spent anything and have it only available to them. Give us half ass ninjas, but make it something to make it feel like we won't get smashed by the extremely high pay wall.

Which is nothing. Coupons are about 200/month so not like I get anything. Ima just sit in a corner and cry, maybe quit the game. Whenever I fight a P2W for something, I disconnect for 5minutes so I don't have to get my face pummeled in. -

Its rough all the time. There is no good moment here except drawing Sage Naruto yesterday, when everyone already has him and moved onto better ninjas. The ninja I wanted is now pretty much * compared to the new p2w events. -
This might be off topic, but it would be nice to have the 7 day login event. Put a semi rare ninja at the end like Konan. And give 20 pain frags each day before that, 6 days 6 pains. No rng, no money, just sit and wait patiently. Would love to see it happen. You won't get a full pain, but you would get the same amount as drawing him if you had him already. And its only 80 Konan frags. You get a 3* Akatsuki. Would be really nice. Doesn't even have to be those ninjas. Could just be Sage Jiraiya or someone. If your f2p you get a decent ninja. If your p2w, then you probably are already close to 5* anyway, and can refine the leftovers.
