Well... I consider Pain fragments as better drop than 2 lucky stars tbh... but it depends on a peron I guess.Not to mention that last Pain (Lucky Board) was like 4000-4800 coupons and this Pain would be like 1600-1800 coupons if you'd get 1 frgment every spin sooo...
