Deidara was an S-rank missing ninja from Iwagakure. During his time in the village, he was a member of the Explosion corps. After defecting from the village, he was forced into Akatsuki and was its youngest member. There, Deidara was partnered with Sasori until the latter's death, and later with Tobi before his own death.(source: naruto.wikia.com/wiki/Deidara).

Cost: 0 chakra.Battlfield cooldown : 0 round.Cooling time : 2 round.
This skill will damage EVERY enemy with ignition state and target ( so he can * up all enemy team if almost every ninja under ignition)

Now this is awesome p@ssive - EVERY time he hit enemy or do mystery hi will buff himrself and after a certain point he starts to deal TONS of damage with every hit

with this p@ssive deidara will ignite one random enemy (clone or ninja).This passive helps a lot because he can on first round damage with mystery 1-2 people.
And he can ignite ninja who immune to combos..........BURN EVERYTHING!

And.....this.....is.....just MORE FIRE for 2 random enemy

And now there goes some stuff about what that ninja is:
cause a lot fire state on enemy.
he isn't so effective in team without high-combo.
He doesn't like focusing.
Can kill character who just dont want to die (kimimaro, earth main, gaara and e.t.c).
Easily combine with fire , lightning, wind chacters and hard with water and earth.
Deidara's favourite phrase is "Art is an Explosion!" (芸術は爆発だ, Geijutsu wa Bakuhatsu da).

This ninja is awesome but it's not so easy to find solid team with him soooo i will show you some of them:
