Well i dont know about your server but when we started we had 12 groups in war now we have 3.
That good enough example for you? Some servers cant even start Sage Battlefield. What am i talking to blind people here?
In S2 we have alot of small groups but only 3 main big ones .. The cause is hoarding all the players.. all the big groups just recruit or steal people from small groups to a point of where only 3 groups are big contenders. -
