• Well hopefully they will just merge old and dead servers with same average power. There are plenty of servers out there can't start sage battle or kill kyuubi because lack of players.
  I just wondering how they gonna manage problem like this : Player A have 2 characters on server B and C, but B and C gonna merge so which character can player A keep? What if he want to keep both characters or have top-up in both.
