1＃ Go ToSo, I've been playing this game for almost a week now. I'm a level 37 Water Main.
I am considering spending a small amount of money on the game as a one time thing, as such I want to weigh the different possibilities (since the game gives you so many) that this small investment could be used. However, still being new, it's a difficult thing to try and figure out, which is why I come to ask for the wise minds of more experienced players (that's you hopefully).
If I were to spend one of the following amounts, and have that be the only money I put into the game. What would be the most beneficial way to spend it? (I do realise that there is the Gaara thing of multiple $1 things over x days, so I don't mean literally one payment, but a singular deciscion to input $X)

Things I am aware of being oiptions (but still don't know the real value of)
$5 - Daily Recharge - 4* Gaara + 100k coins + magatama/refining thing/etc
$? - Ninja Medals - Temporary bonus to rewards + 100k coins + various items
$? - Ninja's Character Plates - Various rewards (I assume Deldara is the main reason to put money into this)
$7ish - 300 Ingot Monthly Card - 300 coupons + unsure if anything else included
$? - Special Level Gift Pack - Various items restricted to 1 time purchase each
$? - Lucky runes - Coins

Thank you everyone for the info. Definitely looks like the 300 Monthly Ingot pack is unanimously (one of) the best options.
Do you have any idea when GNW TenTen will be released? -

So, with the 300 Ingot Monthly card, since it's being bought with 300 ingots. I could theoretically spend $6 one per day for 5 of them for the Gaara special. Then use the 300 ingots to buy the monthly card gift.
Also could someone clarify the wording of the 300 Ingot Monthly Card
You get 300 coupons right away, but says you "can still get 50 coupons daily". Which to me implies there's a catch and it's not just you get 50 coupons each day for the month for free as (from how I read the comment) Narbsy implied. -

Ah good to know there's no catch. So $6 could basically get 4* Gaara + extras from that event + 1800 coupons (assuming 30 day month).
Assuming I did this, and had either $4 left to spend on the game. What would be best to spend the remaining on? -

- If you have leftover ingots, convert them to coupons using "try your luck" wheel.
The Limited Packs not worth grabbing then? It'd be 205 Ingots left over so the option for the Seal+Summoning Scrolls and 50 Stamina Potion for 108 cps. or some of the Special Level Gift Packs. They're not worth getting then? -

- Not worth it. As Narbsy said if you convert to coupons you get worst case scenario 400 coupons. The 108 ingot pack has items worth 198 ingots/coupons(125+63+10). If you were to convert 100 ingots to coupons that's a minimum of 200, probably more. Same thing applies to the level packs. The only thing you can argue might be good is the Gold Necklace(if one can drop in TI I haven't seen it) but at that price...meh
Alrighty then. I'll have 4* Gaara in a few days :D -

Somewhat unrelated, but I figure you probably know the answer so it feels like a waste to create a new thread just to ask this.
I have 380 points of the Name Plate Event. Given that other than the above discussed $10 for Gaara, 300 Ingot Month Card and remaining Ingots going to Try Your Luck.
How would you say is best to spend the 380 points from this event? -

That's mostly preference. The useless ones are Common Cloths and Deidara fragments. The former you can farm and outgrow very fast and the latter can be farmed in 70s elite instances. Personally i'd go Seal Scroll x2, Low refine x2 and Deidara x1 just to not leave points unused but I don't know if that's the best course of action, just my preferred one. Considering how early in the game you are Low refines might be the best for you though, playing first in a match decides the outcome most of the times. So if you refine your combo starters as high as you can might provide a good advantage on pvp events, helping you get better rewards at them(especially if you manage to be in the top 3 ranked on your camp during Sage battlefield)
As a side note, do not use your Seal Scroll yet. Save them up for Sage or Kage chest, the Seal Treasure is not worth it, most Rares in it are easily obtainable later on and Tendo has too many possible results that may or may not be all that useful. Instead Sage(lvl 70) only has Sage Naruto, Ao and orochimaru(Konoha's Traitor) as Rares which means every 7 x10 pulls AT MOST(usually at the 6th) you get one of those This post was last edited by Wolfedood at 2016-10-21 02:01

Fortunately in my second/third day, I did read that it's better to save the scrolls until 70+ so I've been saving them since then. -

- not totally free playing if you spent any amount. you are at the lowest category of p2w if you did recharge.
There's a difference between P2W and supporting game developers.
Also if you're referring to me putting FTP in the title, that is because the question comes from a FTP player -
