Our group has done a few of these, and they are alot of fun to see happen. The first one we did was the Sound 4 picture, that lead into the Orochimaru's group picture that I'll upload here. It all started because someone went AFK as one of the Sound 4 in our base, and everyone else just started to change in to the rest :P . The second one was the full Akatsuki group picture. Both of these were mainly our group from Server 2, but we needed to call in two friends who had some of the harder to get members at that point. Still alot of fun :)
