What's the chances of getting a listed ninja from the "Designated Ninjas" list, when you hold the mouse over that treasure pack? For example, what are the PERCENTAGE chances of getting an Akatsuki member from the Seal Treasure, Sage Naruto from Sage Treasure, etc.? Like 1% or something?

Now is that on average, or every time you have to spend 60-70 scrolls before getting a designated ninja? And is it possible for it to happen sooner than 60 scrolls?

Not sure free pulls count anymore I haven't gotten my rare from seal treasure yet and I have been pulling it off cooldown for so long now

You have to pull around that amount to get 1 rare. Max is 70 but maybe you can get one before that. Chance are not that high tho.
I believe free pulls still count, at least for me.

I, too, have been curious about how much the free pulls count.

But there seems to be a range to when you get the rare: 40 (min) - 70 (max) pulls. Somewhere in there.

In my experience free pulls do count, I was pulling from the Tendo Treasure about 60 pulls, then the next day on my free draw I got Sage Jiraiya.
