Tobi will get nerfed *soon* and in future version almost all main's aoe will have 2 rounds cd(1bcd) and 40 chakra cost. Guess which the only one will have 20 charka cost on aoe?

  • I managed to acupuncture successfully most of the time using GNW Neji, not sure about normal neji though.
GNW Neji & the Earth main 2nd mystery always worked for me when I was using Crimson Fist. I have theory about mystery skills and Tobi, I'll test it once the server I'm on is back online, not that it'll really matter once the nerf comes This post was last edited by Orinshi at 2016-11-10 17:44

It means u are lucky. Only some ninja can hit him 100% like Orochimaru, not sure but earth main can hit him as well.

  • One of the most popular firemain lineup is Hinata, Tobi, Kakashi, Firemain.

    From what I realized, Tobi doesn't dodge Neji's mystery, use it to your advantage.
    Neji on first move usually move faster than firemain, who is usually on the 3rd or 4th move.
    Counter mirror genjutsu with mirror genjutsu or debuffs.

    What I usually do is I acupuncture Tobi and take out Kakashi, which means I take no damage from mystery in the second round.
Tobi does dodge Neji's mystery. Tobi's rate of avoiding/dodging is purely by chance. You can either * the chance by using an AoE or get lucky for it.

Normal Neji yes, GNW Neji no. It always hits Tobi, same for few other mysteries.
