1＃ Go ToSo.. Seems that the first 60 seal scrolls should give a rare ninja. So far I'm not sure about the exact count, but I'm pretty sure that I have only used about 60-80 scrolls. From these, I got 2 rare (designated) ninjas Asuma WB and Chiyo C10P and this was within the same week (got Chiyo C10P within the next 4 pulls after getting Asuma WB).
So, what do you guys think..
Is any of these 2 not concidered for the 60 pull count?
Does this mean that luck is involved too regardless of the pull count?

Ah, so none of the seal scrolls I used so far for these 2 treasures count for the sage treasure?
Is this a fact? Far as I knew, 60 was a set amount (had friends who tested this out and it worked for them), and was pretty sure that the 60th pull would give a ninja form a treasure regardless the type of the treasure the rest of the 59 pulls were used on.
