I spend around 27k to get him from 2 frags to 4*, so 20k for recruitment alone sounds rather extreme.

Also, time period 9 - 21 May means Arena will be open for 13 days and you get 6 frags per day. 6*13 = 78, so you won't even recruit him from that event alone.

Almost, you will be 2 frags short from recruiting him, unless time period posted is wrong or we get more than 6 frags per day :)
