[ Bugs ] No option for Makeup on missed Daily Sign-In

The option for Makeup on missed Daily sign-in has disappered on my main account since I used a free"Ninja Medal Trial".

I already issued an ticket on Customer Support and nothing has changed. I still can't makeup missed login on Saturdays.

Hello,

This is an unfortunate bug that occurs sometimes with the makeup system. For general practice for this bug (see below for specifics on your situation), you simply need to put in a customer support ticket showing:

1) A screenshot of your daily signin showing that the day cannot be made up.

2) A screenshot of your daily practice interface showing 100 points obtained.

Make sure BOTH screenshots show time and date and server info in the upper left.

Submit these screenshots to the in-game CS team by clicking on the question mark in the upper right and they can resolve it for you.

For your specific case, I see that your ticket was from much earlier in this month. At this point what you should do is bump the ticket by responding to it. I'm not sure why they didn't follow up (that's not my department), but if you are unable to bump the ticket, simply make a new one referencing the old.

I will take screenshots on Saturday to show that I have completed the points necessary for the Makeup and try to bump the existing ticket.
