I want to recover my lost account. Because my account has recharged in the past (using credit card), the customer supporter told me that I must provide transaction ID or ref number but when I lookup in the Card statement, sms, ect ..., there is not something like transaction ID or ref number, only post date, transaction date, cityadmiralty hk and amount.
Please, is there anything could help me with this
