To my understanding, both of these ninjas knew all five basic elemental nature releases, so this isn't strange at all. However, if this bothers you, I can submit this as a suggestion for you to the devs, but please be aware that stylistic preferences like this are unlikely to gain the traction necessary to devote the manpower needed to make this change.
