I have been watching this thread and there doesn't seem to be a strong consensus in favor of your proposal. In addition, this is an expensive ninja that is almost exclusively available for ingots. It seems unlikely that he will be made available for a fuku's deal any time soon, and absolutely not at that price.

I'm afraid the price point you requested will almost certainly be denied, but I will submit the suggestion that he's wanted for a fuku.
