1＃ Go ToI decided to make a return to this game which I loved playing as a kid, spent hours and days levelling up and what not. Today I logged in to see what's up and I find out that they have reset my account for no reason, felt quite disheartening knowing all my hard work has gone to waste.
Please let me know if there is anyway to recover my account data, thank you.

How long ago had you played?
A year or 2. But earlier I had a longer gap and had no issues with my account. Have they introduced new policy for users?

Hello,
Are you certain you used the correct email address and are on the correct server? It can be pretty easy to forget these after so long away. You can check which servers your account has a character on by going to the Recharge Center of your My Center page.
While not unheard of, accounts are not usually deleted. The primary exception for this is accounts of extremely low level that are sometimes purged during server merges.
If you are sure this error is not on your end, you can attempt to recover your account through the account recovery tool or by creating a CS ticket in game or in your user center.
