In theme arena and matsuri arena this is not an issue, since these cards are inactive, anyway, and do not provide bonuses. This was probably disabled recently to prevent players from using them. However, this is the first I am hearing of this happening during regular Matsuri. Are you able to provide me a video of this happening so I can forward it to be investigated?
