i've done all of the above steps before i posted this ofc and no it did not work im S98 uk region lvl 113 atm and the only other isuue i seen was in training grounds when u attck the npc with ur gold/bronze/silver keys it just keeps loading can't even skip the 5 sec, aswell as the wanted mission guys

.... Its weird though i logged 3 other acc on same pc and client and i could do matsuri on them also ppl from my grp and others have the same problem they cant register

Physical location Belgium other accounts i logged where it works was all uk regions on same server as my main ... s79,lvl110,1m678k - s105,lvl109, 887k - s79,lvl109,600k - and last one another server/cluster that also works fine i play s590,lvl111,1m800k

Yeahh cool still can't join matsuri ever since lvl cap, asked today a friend of mine to log me and try he can't register me on matsuri either lol

Aye still not fixed and your so called cs ticket doesnt even work
