You should set up your goals beforehand...

If u want power, lucky strars is probably your best option, with training pots redeemable from the power packs (unless you already have all the assist cards at least level 9)

If u want ninjas.. then it's up to you, but edo Yagura is really mediocre even with skillbreaks, he's also available from one of the time-limited treasures, so can be obtained 3 stars without spending coupons

Decide what ur needs first.

I bought yagura on treasure and made it lvl4. it looks good for me now and still can improve breakhtrough. I got Hinata chinese style too but im disappointed she doesnt neglect as much def and res as i thought. But Drunken Lee do more damage and it was free :(

huge waste of coupons. edo yagura is useless. hinata chinese style not worth. you should've saved or used on lucky stars like other guy said for training potions. fuku power pack would've been better.

Chinese Style Hinata is more of a support, than main damage dealer. Her main thing is to increase chakra cost of the opponent, tho that makes her very situational, and it's not a huge amount anyways. The descaling also should be used to increase a main damage dealer's output. That being said: she's like an interesting ninja, but not actually good.
