Same on 1404. Yesterday everything was working, today event disappeared from Hot topics, but mission dealer still shows up and gives mission. Just there is no way to complete them and send to other players. How they managed to screw this up on a day that servers are not even maintainced?

Late Wednesday lol, it can mean anything, from 19 server time to 23:59:59 server time.

Of course it is purest of pure coincidence this glitch hit event f2p players could get the most of. Of course, we believe that.

On December 6th my server didn't have Illusion ranking reset and coupons were not delivered.

Today is May, 2nd. Not a single word from developers, no compensation.

I doubt we will get anything even close to compensation this time as well.

I have 55 boxes in inventory + 200 points already gathered from previous days. That's 750 points already + another 150 for each day event is disabled.
I aimed at 1200 points by end of Wednesday, 12 item packs, so 240 training potions + 300 coupons I spend to get 15 mission boxes.

Looking forward for Oasis to equaly compensate me for that. (joke)

As far as I know, someone on some server encountered a bug, reported it and now everyone are without event even if said bug (whatever it was) never happened to them. Makes you wonder how strong exploit that must have been, considering Oasis rarely fixes bugs that do not affect their wallets.

So, if anyone is curious:

someome found a way to reset Mission Mobilization event repeatedly, outside usual daily reset.

Remember what I said yesterday? That this must be an exploit, otherwise Oasis wouldn't do anything? Considering even with such exploit it would work with 4 missions at best (challenge arena, win arena, survival points and I guess that one auto complete mission), turning whole event off in the middle of it... overreaction doesn't even start to describe it.

Considering how I was compensated last time I contacted support over bugged event - I will pass. Result will be the same but at least I won't have false hope

    We have put forth a request to the devs that compensation be given for this event, however, it is currently a big holiday in CN, so of course nothing has been implemented yet. We ask that you please give us patience as we work on this and try to get compensation for the lost event. If all of you have serious suggestions and feedback as to what kind of compensation should be given for this error, please feel free to append them to this thread. Again, serious compensation only. No 3 dangos, no 100 Shisui fragments. Actual appropriate compensation for the loss of the 50 boxes and points, and I will send in the preferred feedback.

    As mentioned previously, anyone that purchased boxes rather than simply replying on free boxes from the missions should submit a ticket to the in game CS platform to inquire about compensation for their personal loss.


70 boxes. That's how much one can get for free during event and that's how much we lost.

Lets put aside for a moment how bad that glitch even was. Lets assume it was bad. Still the way this was handled was scandalous. No prior notice, no warning, nothing. Players go to sleep with everything working fine and wake up to see event gone and they packs turned useless. You know what message was sent? "If you encounter a glitch, ignore it or exploit it, but never report. If you report, you makes things worse for everyone". I will repeat what I said in different thread: we all know there are ways to block point gaining part of event, but leave the shop part intact. There are events working like that already (Goldfish, Fateful choice). Instead, full panic mode was used.

    What about redeemable rewards stemming from the boxes. Is there a preference here?

Please, lets not be dishonest. We do not get that boxes for those items and heaven forbid anyone buys them for that. We get them for points to use in shop, that's the main reason. You think I bought 15 boxes for items? No, I bought them for 150 points that, if event wasn't disabled, would let me buy 12 powerful packs on Wednesday which I intended to open for training potions. Thats 240 potions.

Yes, there are those Edo Release Madara 50 frags, but we both know drop rate for them is very low (not that you can recruit him with 50 frags alone anyway).

10 powerful packs. Well, that's what I would get anyway (ok, I would get 12, but I won't be that picky), so ok, lets call this about even.
