I'm also having the same issue, at first I thought it was just a pc glitch but when I reloaded my game I saw that the google login link wasn't there anymore and I don't know the password for the in game login to enter the game.

Hello, I was informed that the Google+ login method was removed from the miniclient. However, there is a method to bypass the Google+ login, binding an email to your account. You can do this through your User Center, which can be found in the link provided below. If you do not see an option to bind your email, you c*so set a security email and use that to login.

It will not let me bind the account because it says it already exists.

It does not allow me and I believe other users to bind accounts because the account already exist, and is there a reason as to why the Gmail login was removed?

Like many of us already wrote, it says that the account with same mail already does exists. Is there a possibility to somehow delete already existing account and then bind-create the mail with oasis account? I do not see any other solution to the problem... And for some reason my post about it was blocked

I have to delete this account to have an email adress to bind my gmail. But it says I have to wait 30 days. Is there any way to speed the process? Already losing an account I worked on is enough, but losing 30 days of playing and not being 100% sure it will even work is too much. Why was the gmail option even deleted?

I contacted customer service yesterday and I still have not heard back. It seems it would be easy if they just changed the password for us but no answer yet. I also noticed that the account does not have any security recovery options. Why is that? This may be a sign to move on.

At this time the work around for me is to use an older client as it has the Google+ login option.

If it is stating that you already have the email account in use, that means that the email you are using is registering as an account already. If you are unable to use this email address, then I suggest adding a security email to your account, as this will allow you to login using that email address as well. If you have access to your user center, through the link I sent above, you can add security methods there.

Thank you. Adding a security email account is not an option. The account security section of my account is blank and there are no options to add any form of security. Its going on the second day and customer support has not responded.

I already have added security, is there an option to check the In game password for that specific account?
