It is good that you wrote to the in-game customer support staff, as only they can make changes to this. It is unfortunate that something went wrong in the correction process that caused the fix to error, but you will need to contact them again to inform them of this. It was surely an unintended error. Be sure to include screenshots showing the problem.

I talked with one of the translators and apparently the code has always been that he only affects the one unit, but the text translation has always been inaccurate. The text translation now correctly reflects how the unit works. I'm sorry that this didn't accurately reflect what you were looking for in the unit. :(
