Why I can’t see some of these events like the wheel of the fortune and break eggs even if I’m level 36 in the new server?

Its always been like that. You c*e fire main if you want ibiki to reflect status effect to the opponent if you want.

Hello! It might be because some events also have a server age requirement. So if you're in a new server, it might not be old enough yet. Normally, when a server reach 14 days old, that's when all events will be accessible for that server.

I know about Fire main use, but Ibiki was like this when I confronted it in an Arena:

Konoha Proxy is not an official website for the game. Just looked at Ibiki in-game and it does correctly state what it does.

he was always like that i own him for a very long time and he was always like that, however there was a way (cant remember right now) that you can deny your own torture something like the fm's genjutsu mirror (don't think its that but something in that category) but as i said don't remember right now, if i find it back how i was doing it ill try to reply
