Have you tried clicking on the "game doctor" on mini client? You might as well should try reinstalling the mini client too :)

  • I thought it might be my internet as well, however it happens wherever I play. Whether it's at home, the library, Starbucks, etc... It didn't start happening until about a week after I got the 9 tails.. so I don't think it's just my internet that's causing him to glitch out. Also it's only w/ the 9 tail Naruto, that the game freezes during combat so I'm not sure what's going on.
Device problem perhaps? Try clearing the cache, clean junks and boost up the system of your device.
