I'm going to assume your opponent's P2 has a higher initiative because I'm guessing he's a whale. If he has a higher initiative, his barrier will overrise yours.

You missed the issue. The issue is that the new Jiraiya shouldn't block edo Minato from using his mystery. The barriers are completely irrelevant because edo Minato's mystery has nothing to do with barriers (create or destroy).

Vanilla edo Minato has nothing to do with barriers, he should not be affected by Jiraiya [Toad's Chant]

is it because of the 2nd part of the jiraiya barrier.. that causing debuff immunity & extreme chaos during every round when the barrier is active, thus your minato cant do mystery

Edo Minato is not chaos'd / controlled in the op screenshot. It's seems like his mystery is locked, just like Kisame's or edo Hashirama's would because of Jiraiya's [Toad Chant] Mystery effect.

You can tell by the screenshot that it's round 1 and only minato has attacked with standard. Not even the enemy Naruto has attacked yet so obviously Jiraiya has not yet Chaos'd anyone.

Hello, based upon the wording in Jiraiya Toad Chant's mystery, it is intentional that any character able to create or destroy barriers is unable to use their mystery's while the barrier is active, even if that barrier is not from the mystery itself. However, we have already brought up that this still blocks Minato Edo Tensei's mystery if he does not have the bond skill active for his barrier. I will ask about this again.
