Let's take a moment to see the path we've come since the past till now. This is from late 2019 early 2020. We don't even have a choice back then.
i dont see any reasons to uselessly complain about 1 specific thing in a fraction of an event, unless it's a bug... and i dont think adding hiruzen there is considered ''a bug''.
if you dont like this fuku, wait next cycle, if you are guarantee to do this fuku and not aiming hiruzen, why even complain?
What is this logic? Because things were worst\bad\limited in the past, they shouldn't\can't get better? lol
With the amount of ninjas and bts that has been released since the time you mentioned they could even give 2 different fuku packs to chose from you wouldn't cover half of the decent ninjas people want to bt or recruit, but at least you could have variety and opportunity for people who had to skip or weren't even playing at the time and unlike china we need 4stars to bt ninjas..
Why want things to keep stagnant and not get better.
We had the same Tis for years,same ninja exams,ultimate training, weekly events,items almost impossible to adquire, as well as ninjas at this point, and a lot of the same things for years and years without change, it's because some people think like that. -
