New mini client whatever.. Bugfilled as usual, players unable to enter game as usual... New topic on new miniclient deleted, no doubt with all the insults, complains, etc.... people pay large amounts of cash in this game to get the worse service i have ever seen in any company in my life, somehow you dont go bankrupt... I have said many times this is entretaining but because situations like this are all too often i would most certanly fell cheated iff i trew money your way, like you make every paying player feel in monthly intervals, regularly, since i joined a littel over 3 years ago.

Regarding the 2nd image, header in "japaneese?", my user name? Tsunagui (Tsighinagi!?!?!?) shoul be Tsunagui... cant enter game..

This is just awsome right? Can only imagine what paying players think when they see these noob mistakes..

Is Oasis a gaming design schcool instead of a gaming company? where did you learn your custumer suport ethics?, is profesionalism concept a company asset?
