  • So how would you report Customer support misbehavior, one support member: Customer Support713 has been stalking tickets posted from my IP to attack me and be a general * even after I have accepted answers from other support members he reopens tickets to make false allegations and further attack me on a regular basis.


    I happen to have multiple accounts through means of making them myself, players quiting and giving me ownership of them, and the forbidden situation of being sold accounts. I've passed the mark of having 50 unique accounts/personal UID's not really something I'm proud of but I've been a loyalist of the game since 2017 so I've lost alot of my sanity.

    It would be greatly appreciated if this could be passed to someone who could review the mass of customer support tickets/threads as some grew so long thanks to the abusive support member refusing to leave resolved tickets closed. As the tickets have login emails, and private information I'd rather not post screenshots that would litteraly DOX me and multiple retired players that are associated in some of the tickets in a "publicly view-able setting". If requested I'll supply everything requested to any staff who are willing to assist, I do not care about fixing my security or becoming blacklisted from ever receiving support in the future if it means other players dont have to deal with the abuse I've endured from this individual in their time of need, the last thing a person who's in a position where they need to make a support ticket needs is to be treated like a waste of existence by a support member especially in a more serious case ticket which thankfully I havn't needed to file since 2019.

In the event that staff wish to proceed with this case, This is my original account made when I first came over to this game, as such it has a history of each of my IP's in the event that they are needed to filter customer support activity. As well this is the best account/email to contact me on either username email or bound. I am more than happy to supply anything requested if it can help prevent other players from suffering the stressful hell I've gone through due to the noted CS member in the quoted post, as well I am more than willing to supply any information requested about individuals I've either helped in the past or con artists/scammers I've dealt with to aid in recovering accounts to their rightful owners over the years. As I've acted as pseudo staff in the past I have left every conversation open in the event anything was ever requested by official staff, to which only Flori has ever requested anything from a case he was handling that I had part of.


As I've implied I don't care if I'm treated like * but knowing that this individual has also acted similarly to others is the bigger problem, aswell I can accept a lifetime flag against me if it means we can do something to improve the community as a whole especially if it means individuals like mentioned never attack actual victims in the future or he atleast doesn't act in ways that escalate *ready tense and stressful situation for others.
