Well still applying that logic this ninja is what 2 weeks old? So idk for new players who missed it 2 weeks ago? There's ninjas that' haven't been in any events for more then half a year. There goes the argument to give ninjas to new players who didn't have the chance, right?
You don't understand what I meant by saying "(new players had no chance to get her from 3v3)".

Maybe you need to see what happens every week from another perspective. I do agree that having Mizuki as a sign-in ninja was a real joke, but there ARE new players, and I do think that summer Ino or frog Konan (new players had no chance to get her from 3v3) is not that bad of an idea to give to new players. I mean, they gave us fairy Shizune for free for the only reason that she was new, so why not frog Konan ?
Anyone knows what Kimimaro gives as assist ?
He reduces the amount of damage you take from the first chase every round, kind of the opposite of Kotetsu:

This game has hit *l time low, my comment might get deleted but seriously, it's surprising how with all the money they get its still same boring crap day in and out, its why u see players quit 24/7 , half assed boring rewards from events , and just not enough attention to the small details which could make this game a lot better, I like this game I really do , but all the p2w me
ta stiff and splash damage for example , gotta get revised so that we can actually have different variety of teams, not seeing the same team/p1 that lots of people run... -

Nonsense, all these ninjas are not very good, even for beginners. And for free, they give ninjas that are not very useful. Shizune fei, Bee new year.

I can't with this game. They recycle ninjas like Mizuki, summer Ino, edo Roshi for the 37517484th time. And this one mod has an audacity to tell me they won't repeat summer Hinata (who was given only ONCE before) because management doesn't wan't to repeat ninjas. This is a farce.

They don't know what they're doing, is proven week after week.
They get away with it cause magically every time someone appears with the argument of the new players. Pretty tiring really. -

Oh, I know that. Also that argument is moot since more new players can benefit from a ninja who was last given out 3 years ago and hasn't been seen in events in like 2,5 years than from a ninja who was given out 2 weeks or a month ago.

It's an actually good tool. If you don't have Ashura's Sword (the one that drops from the Pain TI on hard difficulty), it is the best replacement, and many people use it anyway since that sword has such an abysmal drop rate. Quite frankly they are almost equal in quality, the breakpoint where the Sword becomes better is only once you have it leveled up almost to max as far as I know.
