The strategy is pretty easy. I completed it twice in a row.

First time :
First round, Guy comboed Jugo, so it chaos him
Second Round, start by using Dynamic Entry on Suigetsu. Then, use Mind Destruction Jutsu on Sasuke.
Jugo is controlled, so he attacks a teammate if not already dead. Then, Karin heals Suigetsu. When I completed it, she did not remove the debuff on Suigetsu. After this, Suigetsu, being controlled, attacks a teammate. Sasuke attacks a teammate.
Third round and every other round, use all your skills targetting Sasuke.

Second Time :
First round, the clone comboed Karin and his Suigetsu comboed my Hinata. (I thought I was gonna die before the end for sure xD)
Second round, used Dynamic Entry on Suigetsu and Mind Destruction on Sasuke. Jugo is charging, but get attacked twice and stop. Karin attacks a teammate. Suigetsu attacks a teammate. Sasuke attacks a teammate.
Third round and every other round, use all your skills targetting Sasuke. (I think he's immuned to Chaos once he's been chaoed once, but it still stops his skill)



If your power is low, I would suggest waiting for Guy or Hinata to combo Jugo first round, and also wait for Hinata not to be comboed.
If your power is similar to mine, then you should be fine :)
