I am working towards building the bombing team for scarlet blaze (tobi, konan and deidara)... The problem is I dont have Deidara yet. I know you need a full akatsuki team for Konan to work to her fullest. These are the akatsuki team I have atm beside konan and tobi: Kakuzu, Kisame, Pain Jigokudo. Reply

You can't call it a bomb team without deidara... sorry for you, I'm still farming deidara slowly for the same thing.

I think this thread would be better in the strategy section. Also good luck on getting Deidara, it's so hard to get him but itll be so worth it.

what should the talent be if a fire main is running Dei, Tobi, and Konan, as well as position?

Same as this one just swap jigokudo for deidara and the snake summon for shiba dog or dog of hell.
and for skills:
