Here is the information about Madara Uchiha [Edo Tensei - Release]'s Barrier Effects.

-Explosive Mode: Madara receives Super Armor and heals himself based of 10% of his Ninjutsu damage dealt.

-Explosive Mode Level 1: Madara receives Super Armor and heals himself based of 12% of his Ninjutsu damage dealt.

-Explosive Mode Level 2: Madara receives Super Armor and heals himself based of 15% of his Ninjutsu damage dealt.

-Explosive Mode Level Y: Madara receives Super Armor Level 2 and heals himself based of 10% of his Ninjutsu damage dealt.

-Barrier Deep Forest Bloom: Under this Barrier, both sides cannot gain additional Chakra from other skills or effects.

-Barrier Deep Forest Bloom Level 1: Under this Barrier, both sides cannot gain additional Chakra from other skills or effects, and when ninjas in your lineup cause Fire, Wind, Lightning or Earth element, they also cause Strong Poison.

-Barrier Deep Forest Bloom Level 2: Under this Barrier, both sides cannot gain additional Chakra from other skills or effects, and when ninjas in your lineup cause Fire, Wind, Lightning or Earth element, they also cause Irremovable Strong Poison which neglects Immunity.

-Barrier Deep Forest Bloom Level Y: Under this barrier, both sides cannot gain additional Chakra from other skills or effects, and when ninjas in your lineup cause Fire, Wind, Lightning or Earth element, they also cause Suppress Immunity until the end of the round.

Upon verifying it with the team, being poisoned when using Earth Style Petrifying Jutsu and Crimson Fist - Chakra Wall is not a bug but a mechanic that is related with Madara Uchiha [Edo Tensei - Release]'s Barrier Effect. It is the same when you are using Breeze Dancer Main Character and used Dance of Impetus. Since the skills are both having Earth and Wind Element which are 2 of the 4 elements that trigger Madara Uchiha [Edo Tensei - Release]'s Barrier Strong Poison, you'll most likely get the debuff.
