If you like a healing + poison + CC class, go for water.

If you prefer aoe + clone team, go for wind.

But whats the pros and cons

Azure Fang
Pros: Only healer, best CC in the game which means your can lock down your opponents strategy, Poison that stacks (DoTs)
Cons: Poor damage, poor combos

Breeze Dancer
Pros: Best AoE damage, best clone play which means you waste more of the opponents standard attacks
Cons: No healing, no CC

In league of legends terms: Breeze Dancer is Brand. Azure Fang is Soraka.
In WoW terms: Azure Fang is a disc priest/warlock hybrid, Breeze Dancer is a mage.
