I think like many multiple choice questions we encounter, it can be open to interpretations. However, the expectation is for you to choose the best answer out of the available options =p
I think the question is actually saying, what ninja also goes by this name, "The Copy Ninja". Rather then the question inferring that there is another ninja or character by the name "The Copy Ninja", the question is more asking what ninja is also referred to as "The Copy Ninja" aside from what he/she is known as.

while we're at it, i really hope they fully translate Ninja Test and Cat Quiz questions. some still spains, and some of the silhouette are not correct xD

If there are any issues or concerns about mistranslations, I actually recommend to report it either on Bug/Support Section of the forum or directly to Customer Support.

When reporting, I recommend having a screenshot of the concern with time stamp and server ID and give as much detail as you can.
