Hello,
This typically happens when you have an unstable connection to the game's server. The first step would be to try to clear the client's cache then flush DNS. If this doesn't work, you can try rebooting your PC or reinstalling the Miniclient. You c*so try using a VPN.

tried all none work...well at least now is black screen loading, also if that would be issue why does it work on the old client?

If the old client is working for you, I would suggest *ing with that one. When you go to reinstall the miniclient, are you completing uninstalling the miniclient before doing so?
