but hey at least tsunade is on coupons..... 60k.... at least is not like madara founder 150k to recruit...
its funny how they released tsunade on coupons when they added a counter for her (its true is RNG but still counter her)

To all the people that are crying for no reason about events being bad this week, nothing to spend on etc bla bla.
Did you guys lost the ability to read? This fuku is 2 weeks long not 1 so there are plenty events this and next week to decide how to spend your coupons.
and what about next week if the events will be still bad? what guarantees you that next week is better? do you let 60k to spend on the last mile to possible not having to what to spend on, not to mention the amount is.....
why not do 3-4 weeks fuku tho?

People can still do up to the milestone at 30K. Shame it doesn't include the deluxe assist pack and secret scroll pack. The 60k is clearly geared for whales as not a lot of f2p are willing to save that much coupons.
sort of makes no sense... the whales already have tsunade and mostly would benefit in other way from 60k power wise, f2p most of them doesn't have 60k so... who is this fuku for?

I have already explained the basics of sample data in statistics by using an example. This is taught in some high schools and all colleges. It is not needed to be successful, but it does help to understand how surveys and data are collected and used.
When Oasis surveyed us regarding a firework ninja, they didn't expect all ninja to respond. This is called sample data. They used this data to determine what the majority of the players wanted. This is the same idea.
I don't mind continuing to explain how sample data works. If you would like references from college level material, when I have the time, I will provide them. I might even have the notes I can scan in and upload for you.
